 Any player who withdraws prior to the team draw at the beginning of the membership year shall be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee not including the $20.00 National Fee and processing fee. Anyone requesting a refund must do so in writing (email, text or letter in the mail) to the Regional Registrar or Regional Commissioner. All written requests for refunds made prior to the team draw will be processed without question. Any player who withdraws after the team draw may be subject to forfeiture of the registration fee as follow:

• prior to the first practice – 20% of the registration fee will be forfeited
• once you receive a uniform - 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited
• after 1st game - 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
